My creed
My primary focus is my clients and my desire to give them confidence to make the right decisions at the right time for the improvement of their companies.
I believe in long-term, mutually respectful, face-to-face relationships with my clients as this ensures I become integrated with the teams of my clients, knowing them well and with our interests aligned.
My work is focussed on the most value-adding areas, issues and problems.
I always strive to bring efficiency, improvement, innovation, constructive challenge, market knowledge, commercial awareness and precision to every task.
I seek to deliver my services at a fair price to my clients and to give myself reasonable working conditions, development opportunities and experience as well as fair remuneration.

Offering my senior actuarial resource in the traditional way through a secondment.
Providing Trusted Advisor assistance directly to GI Chief Actuaries.
Carrying out independent reserve reviews.
Assisting a Chief Actuary to optimally structure the resources they require for them to meet their needs and responsibilities.
Coaching and training of actuaries.
Who I am
Paul Moorshead, Director
Paul has over 25 years of general insurance experience, mostly as a consultant at Willis Towers Watson and more recently at Aviva Group.
He has experience in reserving, pricing and capital and is passionate about doing things right, first time, and about developing actuarial teams to meet their full potential.
